Return Rules
As you receive your purchase, check it for contents, visible defects and transport damage as soon as it is delivered. If you have any complaints, please inform us via email. In case of faulty goods we will either repair them or provide replacements.
You can return purchases within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not compensate for the shipping cost in cases where the return is not due to a quality complaint or our fault.
You cannot return products that are customised or made to order.
If your jewellery breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 1 year from the date of purchase, provided that you have valid proof of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair requests, returns, and exchanges. If you have any questions regarding repairs, please contact us.
How to return products by courier
- Contact us by email to receive a label for your return.
- Please make sure that the products have no signs of wear. If they do, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
- Pack the products in the original packaging and transport box, and hand them over to the courier. Ensure that the packaging is adequate. If the products arrive broken, you will lose the right to return them.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the products.
